The Bisaya Medical Association (BMA) Inc. USA, in partnership with San Isidro Labrador Parish Caritas – Talamban, opened the BMA Legacy Health Clinic on June 3, 2025. This clinic is an important step forward in providing affordable healthcare to those who need it most. It aims to offer compassionate, high-quality care to people who face financial challenges.

The clinic is the result of many years of effort and planning by both BMA and Parish Caritas. It shows what can be accomplished when people work together to solve healthcare challenges. Local officials, members of the Parish Pastoral Council (PPC), Caritas representatives, and BMA members attended the opening, all celebrating the new facility.
The clinic is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. It provides medical consultations and essential health services to those who are underserved. In addition to consultations, the clinic gives out free medications and vitamins.
Since its opening, the clinic has already helped many patients. Many, especially from remote mountain barangays, have expressed their gratitude. For them, this clinic is not just a place for treatment; it’s a source of hope and healing. The BMA Legacy Health Clinic shows how collaboration and compassion can make a real difference in the community.
